Turner Bowman brings 55 years of hands-on construction experience and has personally built more than 250 homes across 22 communities in the region. He and his partner Preston Dupre are the only points of contact for every client, from the first lot walk through move-in day. There are no superintendents rotating through, no project managers to chase down, and no layers between your client and the people making decisions on their home.

Paradise builds eight to twelve homes per year, which means every project gets direct owner attention. Turner and Preston make daily rounds to every active job site, personally inspect each home multiple times a week, and are available to clients seven days a week. That level of involvement produces the kind of experience your clients talk about afterward — and the kind of experience that reflects well on the agent who made the introduction.

Paradise offers a straightforward referral commission to licensed real estate agents. The terms are discussed directly with Turner at the outset — there are no hidden conditions and no ambiguity about how or when you are compensated.

When you need an update on your client’s build — whether for your own records or because your client has asked — you can reach the people who actually know the answer. There is no customer service line, no ticket system, and no waiting for someone to get back to you.

Project Updates

Paradise keeps referring agents informed of key milestones throughout the build process. You will know when the foundation is poured, when framing begins, when the home is nearing completion, and when your client is approaching move-in. The level of update detail can be tailored to your preference — some agents want weekly summaries, others prefer milestone notifications only.

Co-Branded Client Support

If you prefer a co-branded approach — where you and Paradise present a unified front to your client throughout the build — Turner is happy to accommodate that. The goal is to make the experience seamless for the client and to reinforce the value of your role in the process.

Homes range from approximately 1,500 square feet to over 12,000 square feet, and Turner works with clients across a wide budget range — from $600,000 through $4 million and above.

The company builds in any architectural style: Hill Country traditional, modern contemporary, Mediterranean, transitional, and high-end steel barndominiums. The same construction standards — rebar foundations, 2×6 framing, ZIP sheathing, custom cabinetry, natural stone countertops, independent third-party inspections — apply to every home regardless of budget or style.
