Take the framing stage, for instance. Imagine a header set a quarter inch off or a window opening framed for the wrong size. If you catch this mid-build, it’s a quick fix. Miss it, and find out after the sheetrock is hung, it becomes a much bigger headache. I’ve seen it plenty. And then there are the rough-ins. Our plumbers and electricians are top-notch, but they’re working without a complete view of the finish package. Daily site visits let us catch any potential conflicts before they’re buried in walls.

Even the schedule benefits. If one trade finishes a task, the next picks up that same day. That’s not luck; it’s the result of someone on the ground keeping things moving.
