How It Works

Initial Meeting:

At this time we will discuss the Paradise building process and answer any questions you might have. We will discuss the desires for your new home and start to bring your vision to reality.

01 Lot Evaluation

At his time we will meet on your land and give you a building evaluation of your lot. We will discuss home location, prevailing breezes, sun direction, views, trees, lot slope, drainage, etc. If you do not have a lot we will direct you to our land team who will assist you in finding you a perfect piece of land. We will give you a comprehensive evaluation of the lots you are looking at so you can make sure the lot will work for you.

02 Award Winning Design Team

You will meet with our state of the art award winning design team to discuss bringing your vision to paper. We will first complete the floor plan and then finish the elevations along with all the details like interior finishes, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, etc. giving you a complete set of plans. We offer the most advanced 3D walk through drawings of your floor plans and elevations.

03 Selections and Line Item Budget

Now that the plans are complete we will discuss exterior finishes like rock, stucco, roofing and interior finishes like flooring, appliances, cabinets and we can come up with a fixed cost budget with a comprehensive detail of your allowances.

04 Budget, Specs and Financing

Now that the plans, budget and specifications are complete we can go to contract and send a completed package to the lender. If you do not have a lender we have several excellent lenders that can find a program that will fit your needs.

05 Permits and Approvals

We can now submit all information needed for permits and subdivision approvals to the proper authorities. It is also time to order utilities and have them brought to the property.

06 Time To Build

OUR GUARANTEE

We provide a 1-2-10 warranty for your home.

One year for workmanship and materials, 2 years for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and a 10-year structural warranty.

Quality Construction

All of our foundations are designed, engineered, and inspected by a licensed structural engineer. Your concrete foundation will always have a minimum strength of 3000 psi. The framing of our custom homes is hand-built on-site using a method called â€œStick-builtâ€ framing.

This gives your home more structural stability and allows us to enhance your home with many custom features like ceiling treatments, arches, and niches. Our framing is inspected by a licensed third-party inspector.
