Don’t overlook storage. With guests, you’ll need a legitimate pantry, linen closets, and a garage that doesn’t feel like a storage unit. And because these homes often sit empty between visits, features like a generator, easy water shut-off, and a reliable security and irrigation system are key. They’re the details that keep the house in shape and ready for every visit.
